Tin candle refills x 3
As a company that is committed to being as eco-friendly as possible, we are excited to offer a refill service for our 175g copper tin candles.
Once you have three of our empty copper tins we will provide you with a free postage label to return these to us (or collect from you if you are in one of our free local delivery postcodes) and we will provide you with three refilled tins in one scent of your choice (selected from our signature collections range* and subject to stock availability at time of purchase).
Free delivery of the three refilled candles is included in our price. You don't even need to wash out your tins, we will take care of that for you! All you need to do is carefully package up your tins in a suitable box (you could save one of our postal boxes for future use) and drop off your parcel at the post office^ at a convenient time.
Simply provide details of the fragrance you would like in the notes section* when placing your order and we will get in touch you by email to confirm your order and provide you with a free postage label. Our refill service offers excellent value for our customers while also reducing waste and reusing our beautiful copper tins.

Note:
Our refilled candles include fresh labels but not new hessian bags.
We cannot supply new lids therefore please ensure these are returned with your tins as they will help to protect your candles in transit. As our refills are often made to order please allow approximately 2 weeks from when we receive your vessels for the delivery of your candles.
In order to make our refill service viable for us your refilled vessels may sometimes differ from those that you returned to us, but we will always ensure that any reused vessels you are sent are in at least as good condition as those you returned to us and each vessel is thoroughly cleaned before refilling. For this reason we can only accept undamaged tins. We regret that we will not be able to refill any tins with significant dents or scratches - in this eventuality we may have to cancel your order.
You are responsible for ensuring that your vessels reach us in a timely and reusable condition. We will not be able to process your order until we receive these. Please ensure the tins are properly protected and packaged as we cannot be held resonsible for any damage e.g. dents or scratches that occur before they reach us.
We regret that we cannot refill any tins or other vessels which did not originate from the little green candle company.
