DELIVERY INFORMATION

Free Local Doorstep Delivery

Available to most* NE25, NE26 and NE30 postcode addresses by selecting this option when checking out. Minimum spend of £10 applies to qualify for free delivery (for orders under £10 a £2 doorstep delivery charge applies, or a standard delivery charge if this is cheaper). We will contact you by email once your order is ready to confirm the delivery day. Please be aware our local deliveries are scheduled once or twice per week so additional time should be allowed for receipt of order. Collection is sometimes possible instead and customers are welcome to contact us to enquire whether this is possible particularly if items are needed quickly. 

*regrettably this no longer includes: NE25 postcodes within Hollywell/Seaton Deleval/New Hartley; NE26 postcodes within Seaton Sluice, NE30 1** postcodes (North Shields).

 

Postal Delivery

All other orders will be sent via Royal Mail. For orders under £30 our standard postage charges are as follows:

  • Parcels under 250g - £1.65 (second class mail, letterbox friendly package)

  • Parcels between 250g and 499g - £2.15 (second class mail, letterbox friendly package)

  • Parcels over £500g - £3.95 (second class signed for)

  • Monthly subscribe and save parcels - £1 (second class mail) 

For orders of £30 or more second class delivery is included free of charge. We will email you to confirm when your order has been dispatched. Please allow extra time for delivery at busy periods including Christmas. 

 

Delivery Timescales

We are a small independent business and therefore ask customers to allow approximately one week or 3-5 working days for processing and packing of your order prior to dispatch or local delivery, although we are often able to process orders much more quickly. If something is needed in a hurry let us know and we will see what we can do. Please be aware that longer timescales apply for made to order items including homeware accessories and candle refills which have a two week processing time.
